Dapper Desk help desk software is developed to be the most feature rich, easy to use helpdesk solution on the market. A helpdesk software suite is a set of scripts that enable a business or organization to effectively communicate to its customers or users when the customers or users contact them and make requests for customer service.

It assists it users in a support department to remain organized and to better and more quickly serve its users.

It is an important alternative to supporting customers via email. - End user sends an email to the help desk email address to see support OR the user creates a support account and then logs in to create a ticket.
- Once the user sends an email or logs in and creates a ticket, the ticket is given a unique tracking number and is archived to that user only.
- The customer service rep monitors the helpdesk ticket queue. Dapper Desk will page the customer service rep when new tickets are created.
- The customer service rep then responds to the ticket in the desk. The customer receives an email response sent automatically from the desk.
- The customer can then respond to the email from the desk, or log back into the desk to update their ticket.
- Once the ticket is completed, either the customer or the customer service rep can close the ticket. The ticket is archived and can be reviewed at any time in the future by the customer service rep or by the customer.

- PDA Module - The PDA module is an add-on option. It allows you to view the help desk queue with any html compatable PDA device. Do you frequently travel? Take your PDA with you and answer help desk tickets on the go. Requires internet connectivity and a web browser.
- Live Help - Wonder Aide Live Help is an optional add-on feature that allows your customers to chat real-time with your customer service reps.
- Paging Feature - Free up your time! If you have an email capable pager or cell phone, then Dapper Desk can page you each time someone enters a new ticket.
- Multiple Themes - Dapper Desk comes with 12 free themes. You can choose which ever theme you want to use and you may change the theme at any time. You can even allow your users to choose their favorite theme.
- Graphical Statistics - No help desk would be complete without graphical statistics on important help desk functions and users. Stats include First Responder, average ticket time, satisfactory versus unsatisfactory and more.
